Special Guest Jane Tanner founded Genesa Leadership Institute out of a passion for empowering young professionals to actualize their full potential and help them become visionary leaders.

Jane’s past experience includes a background in marketing, managing and mentoring sales teams, as well as designing and delivering training for a variety of companies. With over twenty years of experience at companies like Merck, Target and Gap stores, Jane launched her own coaching consultancy in 2007 after completing her master’s degree. Other academic credentials include a degree in cognitive psychology and credentials in corporate training, leadership and coaching.

Jane is a wife and mother of three daughters and currently resides with her family in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
